As Quail eggs are very small in size it's yummy to have a single bite of a whole egg. That too when prepared with a spicy pepper masala it tastes super delicious. Kids will definitely enjoy this mini eggs when served. I have already posted few egg recipes and quail recipe. Check out that too....

Sambar powder or red chilli powder - 1 tspn
Pepper powder - 1/2 tspn
Turmeric - 1/4 tspn
Curry leaves - few
Oil - 1 tspn
Salt to taste
2. Add a cup of water in the inner pot. Place the trivet. Keep the eggs over the trivet.
3. Close the lid. Press the manual for 3 mins in High Pressure HP in sealed position. Then do Natural Pressure Release NPR.
4. Transfer all the eggs to a bowl filled with cold water. After 3 mins peel the skin and keep it aside.
5. Heat a kadaai. Add oil, turmeric, sambar powder, pepper powder, salt. Saute for a second.
6. Add the eggs. Mix well.
7. Add a table spoon of water. Let it boil. Now it starts coating the egg like a dry masala. Add curry leaves and give a mix. Switch off.
8. Quail egg pepper fry is ready to serve.
