When you are bored to eat eggs as boiled ones and omelette you can try this recipe in your favorite IP. I have already posted few egg recipes. Mushroom omelette, spicy egg tawa roast, cumin pepper egg masala, egg drop kuzhambhu, egg buruji, egg masala rice, egg kothu parotta and egg biriyani.
Mushroom - 1 (sliced)
Spring onions - 1 stem (green parts, chopped)
Turmeric - a pinch
Pepper powder - 1/4 tspn
Parmesan cheese - 1 tspn
Oil to grease the bowl
Salt to taste
2. Grease the bowl with oil. Crack the eggs in to it. Add turmeric, salt, pepper powder.
3. Beat well using a fork. Add mushrooms and spring onions. Mix well.
4. Add cheese and mix well.
5. Place the bowl over the trivet with a cup of water in the inner pot.
6. Close the lid. Press the steam mode for 5 mins in High Pressure HP in sealed position. Then do Natural Pressure Release NPR.
7. Open the lid.
8. Scrap the edges of the bowl. Transfer it to a plate.
9. Enjoy the hot eggy bites.
You can add some ltalian seasoning too to get a different flavor.
