Quail meat is a sweet and delicate meat with extremely low skin fat and low cholesterol value. It is rich in micronutrients and a wide range of vitamins including B complex,, vitamin E and K. Ingredients:
Quail - 4
Curd - 1/4 cup
Ginger garlic paste - 2tbsn
Red chilli powder - 3 tspn
Cumin powder - 1/4 tspn
Pepper powder - 1/2 tspn
Turmeric - 1/4 tspn
Cornstarch - 3 tspn
Oil for frying
Salt to taste
Method:
1. Grab all the ingredients. Wash and clean the quail.
2. Mix all the ingredients except oil and quail into a paste.
3. Marinate the quail in the above mixture for one hour.
4. Deep fry quail one by one in a medium flame for about 10 mins by flipping both sides.
5. Quail fry is ready now.
