This is an easy and tasty starter chicken recipe with three main ingredients. Just marinating, cooking and roasting are the steps that we are going to follow this recipe. I have already posted MUTTON CHOPS ROAST and GINGER CHICKEN NOODLES.. Check out that too...
Ginger paste - 4 tspn
Turmeric - 1/2 tspn
Red chilli powder - 3/4 tbsn
Lemon juice - 1 tbsn
Curry leaves - few
Butter - 1 tbsn
Salt to taste
2. Marinate the chicken by adding salt, turmeric, ginger paste, red chilli powder, lemon juice. Mix well. Keep it aside for 1 hr.
3. Add the marinated chicken into the pot with 2 tbsn of water.
4. Close the lid. Press the manual for 5 mins in High Pressure HP in sealed position. Then do Natural Pressure Release NPR.
5. Open the lid. If you find excess water press the saute mode until the water content evaporates.
6. Heat a tawa. Add butter. Add the chicken. Roast all sides by flipping now and then until it gets roasted. Add curry leaves at last.
7. Yummy Ginger Chicken roast is ready to serve.
