Instant Pot Ginger Chicken Noodles

Cooking noodles and spaghetti in instant pot is always a breeze so that it doesn't need cooking the noodles separately and mixing with the sauted vegetables. It's simply doing all the steps in an one pot quickly with super taste too. Check out my other spaghetti varieties too....

Ingredients:

Hakka noodles - 1 piece (about 150 gm)
Chicken - 10 pieces (breast or boneless, cut into strips)
Ginger paste - 4 tspn
Onion - 1 (small, sliced)
Carrot - 1/2 (cut into lengthwise)
Mushroom - 4 (sliced)
Soya sauce - 1 tspn
Vinegar - 1 tspn
Red chilli flakes - 1 tspn
Pepper powder - 1 tspn
Spring onions - 2 stems (chopped)
Sugar - 1 tspn
Oil - 2 tbsn
Salt to taste

Method:

1. Grab all the ingredients.

2. Switch on the IP. Press the saute mode. Add oil, onions. Saute till it becomes light golden brown.

3. Add carrot, mushroom, chicken, ginger paste, pepper powder, salt. Saute for about 30 seconds.

4. Add red chilli flakes, soya sauce, vinegar, sugar. Mix well.

5. Add noodles. Add enough water (about 1 cup) to cover the noodles. Mix well.

6. Close the lid. Press the manual for 4 mins in High Pressure HP in sealed position. Then do Quick Release QR (L0:00).

7. Open the lid. Give a mix. Add spring onions.

8. Ginger flavoured chicken noodles is ready to serve.

Notes:

You can do the same recipe with any spaghetti also.
Vegetarians can do without chicken.
