Chola dosai (Sirudhaniya dosai / sorghum millet dosa)

Cooking time: 2 mins per dosa

Serving: 15 dosas

Ingredients:

Sorghum millet - 1 cup
Idly rice - 1/2 cup
Black Uraddal - 1/4 cup
Fenugreek - 1/2 tspn
Poha (Aval) - 1/4 cup
Salt as needed

Method:

1.Wash all the ingredients except salt thrice, soak for about 4-5 hours. Grind it smoothly. Add salt. Ferment it for about 6 hours. Millets usually gets fermented quickly.

2. You can add sauted onions, green chilli, Curry leaves, coriander leaves into the batter.

3. Prepare dosas as usual. Have it with a spicy chutney of your choice.
