This is an easy recipe that can be prepared with few ingredients which goes well as a side dish for sambar and rasam rice. Check out my BROAD BEANS MASALA, BEETROOT MASALA, DOUBLE BEANS MASALA too.....
Frozen peas - 1/4 cup
Scrambled paneer - 3/4 cup
Cumin pepper powder - 3/4 tspn (take equal quantities of cumin seeds and peppercorns, dry roast and grind it into a fine powder)
Turmeric - 1/4 tspn
Amchur powder - 1/4 tspn
Dry fenugreek leaves - 1/4 tspn
Mustard seeds - 1/4 tspn
Oil - 2 tspn
Salt to taste
2. Switch on the IP. Press the saute mode. Add oil, mustard seeds.
3. Add beans, peas, turmeric, salt. Saute for 3 seconds.
5. Add cumin pepper powder, amchur powder. Mix well.
6. Add paneer. Mix well. Add 3 tbsn of water.
7. Close the lid. Press the manual or pressure cook mode for 2 mins in High Pressure HP in sealed position. Then do Quick Release QR after 5 mins (L0:05).
8. Open the lid. Add dry fenugreek leaves powder. Give it a mix.
9. Easy beans paneer Subji is ready to serve.
