Buttermilk - 4 cups
Shallots - 3 (finely chopped)
Cumin seeds - 1 tspn
Ginger - 1 inch (finely chopped)
Curry leaves - few (chopped)
Cucumber - 1/2 (finely chopped)
Salt to taste
2. Add the flour with 4 cups of water in a pan. Mix well without lumps. Add salt.
3. Heat the pan with the above mixture. Stir continuously and cook for about 8-10 mins.
4. It will starts thickening by the time. Switch off.
5. Cool down completely. Add buttermilk. Mix well.
6. Add cumin seeds (crush it with hands and add), curry leaves, ginger, cucumber, shallots. Mix well.
7. Easy instant Ragi Koozh is ready to serve.
