Ingredients:
Mixed Sprouts - 1 cup (moongdal, green peas, white channa, black channa)Carrot - 1/4 cup (grated)
Cucumber - 1 (finely chopped)
Zucchini - 1/2 (finely chopped)
Tomato - 1 (remove the pulp, finely chopped)
Lemon juice - 2 tspn
Coriander leaves - few (chopped)
Pepper powder to taste
Salt to taste
Method:
1. Grab all the ingredients.2. Switch on the IP. Add 1 cup of water in the inner pot. Press the saute mode. Once the water starts boiling Keep the steamer containing the sprouts into the pot.
3. Close the lid. Press the steam mode for 7 mins in High Pressure HP in sealed position. Then do Natural Pressure Release NPR.
4. Open the lid. Transfer the steamed sprouts in a wide mixing bowl. Once it gets cooled down add all the other ingredients. Mix well.
5. Protein rich mixed sprouts salad is ready to serve.
