Baked Chicken Paneer Vegetable Salad

Baked vegetables and chicken together tastes yummy in salads. This is really a filling and tasty salad with the soft and juicy chicken, paneer and crunchy vegetables with a simple dressing. I have already posted few salads - healthy salads.

Serving: 2 - 3

Cooking time: 30 mins

Ingredients:

Chicken breast - 1 cup (chopped into cubes)
Paneer - 12 cubes
Celery - 2 stems (chopped)
Onions - 1 cup (chopped into cubes)
Asparagus - 10 sticks (chopped into 1 inch piece)
Potato - 1 (chopped into cubes, wedges will be more perfect)
Tomato - 1 (chopped, deseeded)

For Dressing:

Olive oil - 4 tspn
Pepper powder - 1 tspn
Red chilli flakes - 1 tspn
Garlic powder - 1 tspn
Italian seasoning - 1 tspn
Lemon juice - from 1/2 lemon
Salt to taste

Method:

1. Grab all the ingredients.

2. Prepare a dressing with the ingredients mentioned above. Mix well.

3. Add all the ingredients and mix well.

4. Place it in a baking tray greased with oil. Bake it at 425 degree Fahrenheit for 25-30 mins.


5. Enjoy the super tasty salad.

Notes:

You can add zucchinis, bell peppers, mushrooms and broccolis in this salad.
Vegetarians can try the same without chicken..
