DRUMSTICK LEAVES STEM SOUP
DRUMSTICK LEAVES MILLET ADAI
Yellow moongdal - 2 tbsn (rinsed)
Shallots - 5 (chopped)
Tomato - 1/2 (chopped)
Ginger - 1 inch (finely chopped)
Cumin seeds - 1 tspn
Turmeric - 1/4 tspn
Coriander powder - 1 tspn
Red chilli powder - 1/4 tspn
Pepper powder - 1/4 tspn
Lemon juice - 1/2 tspn
Salt to taste
2. Add all the ingredients except lemon juice into the pot.
3. Add 3 cups of water. Mix well.
4. Close the lid. Press the manual for 8 mins in High Pressure HP in sealed position. Then do Natural Pressure Release NPR.
5. Open the lid. Add the lemon juice.
6. Healthy iron rich drumstick leaves soup is ready to serve.
You can skip adding red chilli powder and add only pepper powder.

Ingredients:

Method:
1. Grab all the ingredients.2. Add all the ingredients except lemon juice into the pot.
3. Add 3 cups of water. Mix well.

Notes:
You can add tuvardal instead of moongdal.You can skip adding red chilli powder and add only pepper powder.
