HORSEGRAM MASALA RICE
HORSEGRAM FRUIT SALAD
Roasted Little Millet (saamai arisi) - 2 tbsn (dry roast the millet slightly)
Fenugreek seeds - 1/4 tspn
Coriander leaves - few (chopped)
Buttermilk - 2 cups
Water - 2 cups
Salt to serve
Mustard seeds - 1/4 tspn
Asafoetida - 1/8 tspn
Sesame oil - 1 tspn
2. Grind the roasted horsegram into a coarse powder.
3. Add the horsegram powder, washed millet, fenugreek, water. Mix well.
4. Close the lid. Press the manual for 10 mins in High Pressure HP in sealed position. Then do Natural Pressure Release NPR.
5. Open the lid. Cool down completely.
6. Add buttermilk, salt. Mix well.
7. Season with mustard seeds, cumin seeds, asafoetida. Add this to the buttermilk mixture. Add coriander leaves.
8. Serve this healthy diet porridge with shallots or pickle or dried turkey berries.

Serving: 3 - 4 cups
Ingredients:

Coriander leaves - few (chopped)
Buttermilk - 2 cups

For Seasoning:
Cumin seeds - 1 tspnMustard seeds - 1/4 tspn
Asafoetida - 1/8 tspn
Sesame oil - 1 tspn
Method:
