Sambar powder

This powder suits mainly for Sambar. I had already posted my drumstick sambar recipe in which  I used this powder. Since the measurements are very less we can grind it our mixer jar itself.

Measurements:

Red chillies - 1 cup
Coriander seeds - 1 cup
Tuvar dal - 3 tbsn
Channa dal - 1 1/2 tbsn
Fenugreek seeds - 1 1/2 tbsn
Peppercorns - 1 1/2 tbsn
Cumin seeds - 2 tspn
Turmeric - 1 1/2 tbsn
Curry leaves a handful

Method:

Dry roast each ingredient separately in a kadaai. Grind it into a fine powder once it cools down.Store the powder in an airtight container.

Notes:

This method of grinding less quantity will remains the powder fresh until we finish.
