Mushrooms and black pepper always binds very well.This recipe is a semi dry version that goes well with sambar, rasam, curd rice and even we can roll it in chappathi n dosa for kids.Everyone should give a try at least once for this recipe,then the taste will makes you to do it again and again.I made this from the mushrooms (cooked)extracted from my mushroom kuzhambhu recipe that I posted already.You can also using raw mushrooms too.

Ingredients:
Mushrooms - 2 cupsOnion - 1 (finely chopped)
Green chilli - 1 (finely chopped)
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tspn
Tomato - 1 small (finely chopped)
Sambar powder - 1 tspn
Pepper powder - 1 tspn
Turmeric - 1/4 tspn
Cinnamon - 2 pieces
Fennel seeds - 1 tspn
Curry leaves - few
Coriander leaves - few chopped
Oil - 2 tspn
Salt to taste
Method:
1. Grab all the ingredients.2. In a kadaai, add oil, cinnamon n fennel seeds.
3. Add onions,saute until it becomes golden brown.
4. Add ginger garlic paste n saute til the raw smell goes.
5. Add tomatoes,saute until it turns mushy.
6. Add mushrooms, turmeric,salt.Saute for a minute.
7. Add sambar powder n pepper powder.
8. Saute till it becomes like a thick masala
Notes:
Mine is a medium spicy version,if you like to have more spicy then add more pepper powder.If u have iron kadaai then prepare this recipe in that as it provides a superb taste.
After transferring the dish to a bowl,add a laddle full of rice to the kadaai n mix well.The taste now will be heavenly n u will enjoy the taste for sure๐๐
