Mushrooms are very rich in vitamins, proteins , iron and also low in calories. It also include fighting cancer and renewing cells. So mushrooms must be in your diet regularly.
I have many mushroom recipes in my mind and will post one by one.Today's recipe is the one learnt from my Amma.I know everyone likes their mom's cooking very much.Even their simple dishes will be like amrutham for all of us.Actually this is a 2 in 1 recipe for me because while preparing this kuzhambhu I will extract the mushrooms after the kuzhambhu is done and will do a mushroom pepper masala with that.People who don't eat nonveg can have this spicy kuzhambhu as an alternative for their tasty appetite. This kind of kuzhambhu goes well with rice, idly n dosa.
