Pan roasted Raw Banana (Vazhakkai Varuval)

I followed Ayurvedic diet few days back that has lots of food restrictions like no onion no garlic no tomato no red chillies no green chillies and also few vegettables like potato, mushroom and bell peppers. I know what you are thinking when reading this๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚. Then what did you cook and ate?? Yes, it was really a challenge for me to cook without all these. Many times I have thought without onion or tomato I could not cook today but now I have learnt to cook without all these things. The only spices they calls for is the ginger, cumin and pepper. All these  happened after meeting an Ayurvedic follower (Marma Specialist) few months back and definitely inspired by her. She also have her Ayurvedic Cooking blog that has a lot of Ayurvedic recipes. Though am not following that diet but those becomes a frequent menu in my cooking nowadays. I have already posted the RAW BANANA MASALA  and RAW BANANA FRY too...
