This is a healthy evening snack prepared using flaxseed and health mix with peanuts which contains a lots of health nutrients. You can pack this for your kid's snack box too. Health mix - 1/2 cup
Turbinado sugar - 1/2 cup
Roasted peanuts - 1/4 cup
Ghee - 4 tbsn
2. Grind the peanuts into a coarse mixture.
3. Roast the flaxseeds in a kadaai until it pops. Cool down. Grind into a fine powder.
4. Dry roast the health mix for about 1 min until it gets heated up. Cool down.
5. Add the health mix, grounded peanuts, grounded flaxseed powder, sugar, ghee in a wide bowl. Mix well using your hands.
6. Start making balls. Store it in a box.
7. Enjoy the healthy flaxseed health mix balls.
You can use any dry fruits like cashews or a mixed dry fruits instead of peanuts.
You can use less ghee and add milk for making balls. But milk added balls must be consumed in a single day.
