Women's friendly chat (Healthy Peanut Chat / salad)

Peanuts play an important part in uterus by helping in fertility. Peanuts have a plenty of nutrition value that is good for proper growth and development of body, fights stomach cancer, heart diseases and nerves diseases. They are rich in anti oxidants, reduces the chance of stroke, fights depression. This is an easy, filling and healthy chat that can be prepared in a few minutes. Check out my peas chat too.

Serving: 2

Ingredients:

Raw peanuts - 1 cup (boiled in IP)
Onion - 1/2 cup (finely chopped)
Cucumber - 1/2 (finely chopped)
Carrot - 1/4 (grated)
Coriander leaves - few (chopped)
Cuminpowder - 1/4 tspn
Red chilli powder - 1/4 tspn
Chat masala - 1/4 tspn
Lemon juice - 1 tspn
Salt to taste

Method:

1. Grab all the ingredients.

2. Switch on the IP. Place the vessel containing raw peanuts (soaked for 2 hrs) with water covered and salt over the trivet.

3. Close the lid. Press the manual for 12 mins in High Pressure HP in sealed position. Then do Natural Pressure Release NPR.

4. Open the lid. Strain the water from the peanuts.

5. In a bowl add the boiled peanuts and all the other ingredients. Mix well.

6. Enjoy the super healthy chat with a cup of tea😉.

Notes:

Adjust the spice level as per your taste. Above method is very less spicy.
