Instant pot Buckwheat Sprouts Soup

This can be named as a PROTEIN RICH SOUP too because of adding a mixture of sprouted beans that serves you a filling and healthy soup for breakfast or dinner. Check out my other SOUP RECIPES, BUCKWHEAT KHICHDI, BUCKWHEAT VEGETABLE PONGAL..

Serving: 4-5

Ingredients:

Buckwheat - 1/2 cup
Mixed sprouts - 1 cup (I used green moongdal, black channa, white channa, black eyed beans, green peas)
Tomato - 1
Spring onions - 2 sprigs (chopped)
Red chilli powder - 1/2 tspn
Turmeric - 1/4 tspn
Italian seasoning - 1/2 tspn
Pepper powder - 1/2 tspn
Salt to taste

Method:

1. Grab all the ingredients. Wash the buckwheat twice and keep it aside.

2. Grind the tomato.

3. Add all the ingredients in the pot. Add 3 cups of water. Mix well.


4. Close the lid. Press the manual or pressure cook mode for 10 mins in High Pressure HP in sealed position. Then do Natural Pressure Release NPR.

5. Open the lid. Mix well.

6. Garnish with spring onions.Yummy and filling soup is ready to serve.
