DRUMSTICK LEAVES SOUP (VERSION 1)
DRUMSTICK LEAVES SOUP (VERSION 2)
INSTANT POT DRUMSTICK LEAVES SOUP
DRUMSTICK LEAVES MILLET ADAI
DRUMSTICK LEAVES STEM SOUP
Drumstick leaves - 1/4 cup
Carrot - 1 tbsn (grated)
Beans - 1 tbsn (finely chopped)
Turmeric - 1/4 tspn
Red chilli powder - 1/2 tspn
Pepper powder - 1/2 tspn
Oil for preparing appe (paniyaaram)
Salt to taste
2. Crack the eggs in a bowl. Add salt, turmeric, red chilli powder, pepper powder. Beat well.
3. Add drumstick leaves, carrot, beans. Mix well.
4. Heat the appe pan. Add oil in each mould. Pour a spoonful of egg mixture. Cook for 2 minutes in slow flame.
5. Flip it on the other side and cook for it for another 2 mins.
6. Delicious murungakeerai kaaikari masala paniyaaram is ready to serve. Tastes yummy when served hot.
