This greens is a super healthy food for our eyes, skin that has vitamins A, B and C with iron, calcium, phosphorus and proteins. When consuming this greens with MILLETS it becomes a nutritious soup in our diet for sure. I have already posted few MILLET recipes and SOUP recipes. Kindly check that too....

Serving: 2-3
Ingredients:
Ponnanganni Keerai (Dwarf copper leaves) - 1 cup (chopped)
Foxtail millet - 1/4 cup
Lemon juice - 1 tspn (optional)
To Grind:
Shallots - 5
Tomato - 1/2
Cumin - 1 tspn
Pepper - 1/2 tspn
Ginger - 1/2 inch
Turmeric - 1/4 tspn
Salt to taste
Method:
1. Grab all the ingredients.
2. Grind the ingredients for it into a fine paste.
3. Add the grinded paste, rinsed millet in the pot with 3 cups of water. Mix well.
4. Close the lid. Press the manual for 5 mins in High Pressure HP in sealed position. Then do Natural Pressure Release NPR.
5. Open the lid. Add the chopped greens. Press the saute mode. Let it cook for 5 mins. Switch off. Add lemon juice.
6. Healthy Ponnanganni Keerai Thinai Soup is ready to serve.
Notes:
You can use any kind of millets and greens and follow the same recipe.
