This is a mild tomato soup made with millets and also a zero oil soup. When you don't have much veggies in your kitchen and feel lazy to cook but do not want to compromise the healthy diet you can easily prepare the soup in very few minutes. Check out my other SOUP varieties.....
Tomato - 2 (puree)
Zucchini - 1 (chopped into chunks)
Ginger - 1 inch
Frozen peas - 1/3 cup (optional)
Red chilli powder - 3/4 tspn
Pepper powder - 1 tspn
Italian seasoning - 1/2 tspn (optional)
Coriander leaves - few (chopped)
Salt to taste
2. Add all the ingredients except coriander leaves in the pot. Add 3-4 cups of water. Mix well.
3. Close the lid. Press the manual for 3 mins in High Pressure HP in sealed position. Then do Natural Pressure Release NPR.
4. Open the lid. Add coriander leaves.
5. Healthy and mild tomato millet soup is ready to serve.

Serving: 3-4

Roasted little millet (saamai arisi) - 1/3 cup (dry roast the millet slightly, rinse and keep aside)Tomato - 2 (puree)

1. Grab all the ingredients.2. Add all the ingredients except coriander leaves in the pot. Add 3-4 cups of water. Mix well.
4. Open the lid. Add coriander leaves.
