Vegetarian Chicken 65

The name vegetarian chicken 65 is an apt name for this recipe because you may not find a big difference between chicken 65 and this recipe since the soya chunks used here tastes great when deep fried. This recipe  may not be a new one to many viewers but will be a good, top and easy choice for beginners in their starter menu. Once if you try this you will not stop eating this addictive starter😋😋. I have already posted kaara saara chicken 65.

Cooking time:  3-4 mins for each batch

Serving: 2

Ingredients:

Soya Chunks (meal maker) - 1 cup (soak in hot water for 10 mins, wash well in cold water thrice and squeeze well)
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tspn
Red chilli powder - 1 tspn
Turmeric - 1/4 tspn
Rice flour - 2 tbsn
Curry leaves for garnishing
Oil for frying
Salt to taste

Method:

1. Grab all the ingredients.

2. In a bowl add soya chunks, salt, turmeric, red chilli powder, rice flour, ginger garlic paste. Sprinkle a little water and mix well.


3. Heat a kadaai with oil. Add the marinated soya chunks when the oil becomes hot. Fry well until it becomes golden brown.


4. Super crispy soya chunks fry is ready to serve hot.

Notes:

You can serve this fry as a starter and also as a side dish for sambar and rasam rice.
