The name vegetarian chicken 65 is an apt name for this recipe because you may not find a big difference between chicken 65 and this recipe since the soya chunks used here tastes great when deep fried. Ginger garlic paste - 1 tspn
Red chilli powder - 1 tspn
Turmeric - 1/4 tspn
Rice flour - 2 tbsn

2. In a bowl add soya chunks, salt, turmeric, red chilli powder, rice flour, ginger garlic paste. Sprinkle a little water and mix well.
3. Heat a kadaai with oil. Add the marinated soya chunks when the oil becomes hot. Fry well until it becomes golden brown.
4. Super crispy soya chunks fry is ready to serve hot.
