Mac n Cheese is an all time favorite for kids. Cooking this dish in IP makes it very simple in 5 mins.
Butter - 1 tspn
Milk - 1/3 cup
Mozarella cheese - 1/4 cup
Italian seasoning - 1/2 tspn
Pepper - 1/4 tspn
Salt to taste
2. Switch on the IP. Add the macroni, butter, salt, 1 1/4 cup of water (or till the macroni gets immersed).
3. Close the lid. Press the manual mode for 5 mins in High Pressure HP in sealed position. Then do Natural Pressure Release NPR.
4. Open the lid. Add milk, pepper powder, Italian seasoning. Press the saute mode. It will take 2 mins to get the correct consistency. Switch off.
5. Add cheese and mix well.
6. Yummy Mac n Cheese is ready to taste.
