This recipe is made without onions but with lots of veggies that will serve you as a filling and healthy breakfast.
Tomato - 1 (chopped into big chunks)
Carrot - 1/4 cup (finely chopped)
Beans - 1/2 cup (finely chopped)
Cabbage - 1/2 cup (finely chopped)
Peas - 1/4 cup
Red chilli - 3
Ginger - 1 inch (finely chopped)
Mustard seeds - 1/4 tspn
Uraddal - 1 tspn
Curry leaves - few
Coriander leaves - few (chopped)
Oil - 2 tspn
Salt to taste
2. Heat a pan. Add oil, mustard seeds, uraddal.
3. Add curry leaves, ginger, red chilli and saute for few seconds.
4. Add carrots, beans, cabbage, salt and saute for a minute.
5. Add 2 1/2 cups of water and close the pan with a lid. Allow it to cook for 2 mins.
6. Add rava, tomato and peas. Mix well and cook for 5 mins by closing the lid.
7. Switch off and garnish with coriander leaves.
