One minute chutney (coriander/malli chutney)


This recipe can be made in a jiffy with four ingredients that's always available in our kitchen.

Serving: 2

Ingredients:

Coconut - ¾ cup (grated)
Coriander leaves - 1 cup
Green chillies - 4
Salt to taste

Method:

1.Grab all the ingredients.

2. Put all the ingredients into a mixer jar and grind it into a fine paste.

3. One minute chutney is ready.

Notes:

This chutney does not require seasoning too.
This is a good side dish for idly, dosa varieties.
