Flaxseeds when consuming as it is does not have much taste because of its bland taste. But when you grind few things with flaxseeds will gives much better taste. I have already posted the flaxseeds podi/ powder in my blog. This recipe can be made very quickly if you have the flaxseeds powder in your kitchen.
Flaxseeds powder - 5 tbsn
Garlic - 4 (big, finely chopped)
Turmeric - 1/4 tspn
Red chilli - 2
Coconut oil - 2 tspn
Mustard seeds - 1/4 tspn
Uraddal - 1 tspn
Curry leaves - few
Coriander leaves - few (chopped)
Salt to taste
2. Heat a kadaai. Add oil, mustard seeds, uraddal.
3. Add garlic, red chillies, turmeric and saute till the garlic becomes light golden brown.
4. Add rice, flaxseeds powder, salt.
5. Mix well. Add few coriander leaves.
6. Flaxseeds garlic rice is ready now.
As flaxseeds powder already has salt in it be careful when adding.
You can add ghee or sesame oil instead of coconut oil.
Cooking time: 5 mins

Notes:
Adjust the quantity of flaxseeds powder according to your taste.As flaxseeds powder already has salt in it be careful when adding.
