Different colours in food not only attracts our eyes but also gives a super mixed taste of sweetness, tanginess and spicyness. Yeah salad always gives us a nice texture and many different tastes altogether.
Beetroot - 1/2 cup (grated)
Carrot - 1/2 cup (grated)
Ginger - 1tspn (grated)
Lemon juice - 1 tspn
Honey - 1 tspn
Pepper powder - 1/2 tspn
Almonds - few (chopped)
Salt to taste
2. In a wide bowl add lemon juice, salt, pepper powder, honey, ginger.
3. Mix well.
4. Add apple, beetroot, carrot. Mix well.
5. Garnish with almonds. Tangy, sweet and spicy salad is ready to serve.

Method:
1. Grab all the ingredients.2. In a wide bowl add lemon juice, salt, pepper powder, honey, ginger.
3. Mix well.
4. Add apple, beetroot, carrot. Mix well.
Notes:
After chopping the apples put them in a cup of water with little salt to prevent it from changing its colur.
Always add a pinch of salt to salad varieties.
