Omega-3 fatty acids are very essential acids that our body can't make them from scratch but must get them from food. Baby spinach - 15 leaves (chopped)
Dates - 2 (chopped)
Ginger - 1 inch (grated)
Lemon juicec- 2 tspn
Flaxseeds - 1 tbsn
Cashews - 3
Pepper powder - 1/2 tspn
Salt to taste
2. In a wide mixing bowl add lemon juice, salt, pepper powder, ginger and mix well.
3. Add apple, radish, celery, spinach, dates and mix well.
4. Finally garnish with roasted flaxseeds and cashews.
