Mushroom omelette

This recipe is a Sooper soft and juicy omelette made with mushrooms that adds a soft texture.

Cooking time: 2 minutes

Ingredients:

Egg - 2
Mushroom - 2 (thinly sliced)
Onion - 1/4 cup (chopped)
Green chilli - 2 (finely chopped)
Milk - 1/4 cup
Turmeric - 1/4 tspn
Coriander leaves - few
Oil - 1 tspn
Pepper powder to taste
Salt to taste

Method:

1. Grab all the ingredients.

2. Crack the eggs in a bowl. Add milk, salt, turmeric and beat nicely.

3. Add green chillies, mushroom, coriander leaves and mix well.

4. Heat a pan. Grease it with oil. Pour the egg mixture. Sprinkle pepper and cook until it is done on one side.

5. Flip the other side carefully since it becomes so soft. Enjoy the hot and juicy omelette.
