Sambar powder - 1 tspn
Raw chilli powder - 1 tspn
Turmeric - 1/4 tspn
Lemon juice - 1 tspn
Oil for frying
Salt to taste
2. Mix all the ingredients except oil and marinate it for 1 hr.
3. Heat a pan. Add oil. Place the fish with enough space.
4. Fry until it becomes crispy on both sides.
Cooking time: 5 mins

Thanks.I don't use store bought fish masala like Shakthi or Aachi brand.This is a homemade Sambar powder.You can use 2 tspns of coriander powder and 1 tspn of red chilli powder...
