Curd rice is always a comforting food to prepare when we feel lazy to cook. But we can make that simple curd even more healthy with three varieties of millets and here is the recipe.....
Curd / yogurt - 1 1/2 cup
Coriander leaves - few (chopped)
Salt to taste
Mustard seeds - 1/2 tspn
Uraddal - 2 tspn
Cumin seeds - 1 tspn
Green chilli - 2
Ginger - 1 inch (chopped)
Asafoetida - 1/8 tspn
Curry leaves - few
2. Wash the millet. Add 1 1/2 cup of water. Keep the vessel containing the millet in the inner pot over the trivet with a cup of water.
3. Switch on the IP. Press the manual for 6 mins in High Pressure HP in sealed position. Then do Natural Pressure Release NPR.
4. Take out the vessel. Mash it well. Cool down completely. Add curd, salt. Mix well.
5. Season with the ingredients for it. Add the seasoning to the curd rice. Garnish with coriander leaves.
Cook the millet for 2 whistles and follow the same instructions as above. Water ratio also the same as mentioned above.

Method:
1. Grab all the ingredients.3. Switch on the IP. Press the manual for 6 mins in High Pressure HP in sealed position. Then do Natural Pressure Release NPR.

Notes:
