My mom was telling me that she is preparing ladies finger soup nowadays that tastes good. So I thought of preparing the same soup with the healthy kodo millet. Both kodo millet and ladies finger have a rich dietary fibre content, I named it as fibre soup. Wow the soup was really delicious with millet😋😋. I have already posted many soups - soup recipes.
Ladies finger - 12 (chopped into half inch each)
Pepper powder to taste
Sesame oil - 1 tspn
Coriander leaves - few (chopped)
Salt to taste
Tomato - 1 (chopped)
Rasam powder - 1 tspn

2. Switch on the IP. Press the saute mode. Add oil, ladies finger. Just saute for 2 mins to avoid the gooeyness to the soup.
3. Add grinded mixture, washed millet, salt, few coriander leaves and 3 cups of water. Mix well.
4. Close the lid. Press the manual for 3 mins in High Pressure HP in sealed position. Then do Quick Release QR.
5. Open the lid. Add coriander leaves.
6. Sprinkle pepper powder and enjoy the super healthy soup.
