I have already posted some soup recipes with barley - Horsegram barley soup, barley tomato soup, barley celery soup. Here is another version of tangy barley soup with an aroma of lemon n coriander leaves mixed with vegetables.
Carrot - 1 (small, chopped)
Beans - 10 (chopped)
Frozen peas - 1/2 cup
Ginger - 1 inch (finely chopped)
Coriander leaves - 1/3 cup (chopped)
Lemon juice - 2 tspn
Pepper powder - 1tspn
Water - 2 cups
Salt to taste
2. Grind the coriander leaves into a paste.
3. Add all the ingredients into the pot except lemon juice.
4. Close the lid. Press the manual for 10 mins in High Pressure HP in sealed position. Then do Natural Pressure Release NPR.
5. Open the lid. Add the lemon juice.
6. Coriander barley soup is ready to serve.
You can prepare the same soup without vegetables too.

Notes:
You can add a bunch of coriander leaves instead of grinding and adding.You can prepare the same soup without vegetables too.
