This is a recipe which requires all the ingredients to be dumped together without any oil, cook and enjoy the healthy soup at time you wish.
Moongdal - 2 tbsn
Shallots - 5 (chopped)
Celery - 2 stalks (optional)
Turmeric - 1/4 tspn
Cumin pepper powder - 1/2 tspn
Red chilli powder - 1/2 tspn
Lemon juice - 1 tspn
Salt to taste
2. Add all the ingredients into the pot except lemon juice. Add 2 cups of water.
3. Press the manual for 5 mins in High Pressure HP in sealed position. Then do Natural Pressure Release NPR.
4. Add the lemon juice.
5. Hot and healthy soup is ready to serve.

1. Grab all the ingredients. Wash the moongdal.2. Add all the ingredients into the pot except lemon juice. Add 2 cups of water.

I've never had spinach soup before..This one is delicious and simple.
