Instant Pot Spinach Lentil Soup

This is a recipe which requires all the ingredients to be dumped together without any oil, cook and enjoy the healthy soup at time you wish.

Cooking time: 10 mins

Serving: 2

Ingredients:

Baby Spinach - about 4 cups
Moongdal - 2 tbsn
Shallots - 5 (chopped)
Celery - 2 stalks (optional)
Turmeric - 1/4 tspn
Cumin pepper powder - 1/2 tspn
Red chilli powder - 1/2 tspn
Lemon juice - 1 tspn
Salt to taste

Method:

1. Grab all the ingredients. Wash the moongdal.

2. Add all the ingredients into the pot except lemon juice. Add 2 cups of water.

3. Press the manual for 5 mins in High Pressure HP in sealed position. Then do Natural Pressure Release NPR.

4. Add the lemon juice.

5. Hot and healthy soup is ready to serve.
