Kaara saara chicken 65 (spicy chicken 65)

Chicken 65 is a famous starter in most of the Indian restaurants and it is a favorite dish for almost all of us. The twist is the last step followed here with a sauted mixture that gives a super taste of your every bite. Check out my vegetarian chicken 65, other chicken recipes too.

Serving: 2

Ingredients:

Chicken - 250 gms (boneless, chopped into small chunks)
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsn
Red chilli powder - 2 1/2 tspn
Cornstarch - 2 tbsn
Turmeric - 1/4 tspn
Curd - 2 tbsn
Oil for frying
Salt to taste

For garnishing:

Oil - 2 tspn
Ginger - 1 inch (finely chopped)
Onion - 1/2 (chopped finely)
Green chilli - 3 (chopped finely)

Method:

1. Grab all the ingredients.

2. Add ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, turmeric, curd, salt, cornstarch to the washed chicken pieces and marinate for about an hour.

3. We can prepare the garnishing items now. Keep a pan. Add oil. Add onions. Saute till it becomes light golden brown.

4. Add green chillies and ginger and saute for few minutes so that all the flavors of ginger and green chillies will get infused.switch off and keep aside.

5. Let's start the frying process. Keep a kadaai. Add oil. Drop the marinated chicken into the oil and fry till it becomes golden brown and gets cooked well( about 5 mins). keep aside.



6. Here is the twist of garnishing with the sauted onion, ginger and green chilli mixture. Kaara saara chicken 65 is ready to serve.

Notes:

Chicken with bones will also be tasty.
