Ingredients:
Drumstick leaves - 1 cupTuvar dal - 2 tbsn
Small onion - 5 (chopped)
Tomato - 1/2 (chopped)
Garlic - 1 pod ( finely chopped)
Turmeric - 1/4 tspn
Sambar powder - 1 tspn
Salt to taste
Method:
1 . Add all the ingredients and dal ( washed twice) in a pressure cooker except lemon juice.
2. Add 3 cups of water. Close the lid with whistle. Cook for 4 whistles.
3. After the pressure is released open the cooker and add 1 tspn of lemon juice.Hot and healthy soup is ready to serve now.
Notes :
You can add yellow moong dal instead of tuvar dal.If you feel weak have this soup regularly in your diet n you will feel the difference definitely.
