Butter fish fry

Butter fish is one that have only the middle bone like a pomfret which can be fried as a full fish. You can do like the same in any fishes that has less or only middle bones.

Ingredients:

Butter fish- 2
Sambar powder - 1 1/2 tbsn or Coriander powder - 2 tbsn n red chilli powder - 1 tbsn
Paprika powder - 1 tbsn
Lemon juice - from 1/2 a lemon
Turmeric - 1/2 tspn
Oil for frying
Salt to taste

Method:

1. Grab all the ingredients.

2. Mix all the ingredients except oil into a fine paste with a little water. Apply the mix over the fish and keep it aside for 1 hour.


3. Heat a pan. Add oil. Place the marinated fish. Cook for 5-7 mins on a medium flame.

4. Flip it carefully the other side. Cook for 5-7 mins.

5. Fish fry is ready to serve.
