Spicy egg tawa roast

Spicy egg tawa roast is a simple and tasty side dish that can be prepared with very few ingredients.

Ingredients:

Boiled eggs - 2 (each cut into 4 pieces, done in IP by 5:5:5 method)
Sambar powder - 2 tspn (or coriander powder - 2 tspn, red chilli powder - 1 tspn)
Pepper powder - 1 tspn
Turmeric - 1/4 tspn
Oil - 1 1/2 tspn
Curry leaves - few
Salt to taste

Method:

1. Grab all the ingredients.

2. Add Sambar powder, turmeric, pepper powder, salt in a small bowl. Mix all these with 2 tbsn of water ( Like a liquid consistency).


3. Heat a tawa. Add oil. Place the eggs. Add the liquid mixture over the eggs.


4. Coat the masala over all the eggs with a spoon.

5. Roast well until the masala coats well. It should be dry. Add curry leaves.(Don't worry if the yolk comes out while roasting, actually it adds up a nice taste to the yolk).


6. Spicy egg tawa roast is ready to serve.

Notes:

This egg roast is a good side dish for sambar and rasam rice.
