Chappathi Noodles (Lunch box recipe)

Almost all kids and even adults like noodles. When it is consumed in a healthy form then all can eat without any guilt, right?? This recipe is fully loaded with vegetables and chappathi. This can definitely be packed for your lunch boxes too with leftover chappathis.

Ingredients:

Chappathi - 4 (roll all the chappathis together and cut, it becomes like a noodle strands)
Onion - 1/4 (thinly sliced)
Ginger - 1 inch (thinly sliced)
Garlic - 2 big cloves (thinly sliced)
Green chilli - 2 (slitted)
Green bell pepper - 1/4 cup (thinly sliced)
Yellow bell pepper - 1/4 cup (thinly sliced)
Red bell pepper - 1/4cup (thinly sliced)
Cabbage - 1/4cup (thinly sliced)
Carrot - 1/4 cup (thinly sliced)
Soya sauce - 1/2 tspn
Red chilli sauce - 1tspn
Vinegar - 1/2 tspn
Pepper powder - 1/2 tspn
Coriander leaves or spring onions - few (chopped)
Oil - 1 tbsn
Salt to taste

Method:

1. Grab all the ingredients.

2. Heat a kadaai. Add oil, garlic, ginger and green chillies. Saute till it becomes light golden brown.

3. Add onions and saute till it becomes transparent.

4. Add carrot and saute for a minute.

5. Add all the other vegetables, salt and saute for few seconds.

6. Add soya sauce, vinegar, red chilli sauce. Mix well.

7. Add pepper powder.

8. Add chappathis. Mix well. Cover with a lid for a minute until it gets heated. Add coriander leaves.


9. Chappathi noodles is ready now.

Notes:

Add salt required only for vegetables since salt is already there in chappathis and sauces we are adding.
