Guacamole


This is a Mexican dish made from Avocados that are rich in several vitamins B, E and K.It is also known as butter fruit which reduces the bad cholesterol and increases the good one. The shape of the fruit itself reveals the Utreus hence it's very healthy for women.

Preparation time: 10 mins

Serving: 3

Ingredients:

Avocado - 2
Onion - 1 (small,finely chopped)
Tomato - 2 (small, finely chopped)
Green chilli - 3 (finely chopped)
Coriander leaves- few
Olive oil - 1 tbsn
Lemon juice - 2 tbsn
Pepper powder - 1tspn
Salt to taste

Method:

1. Grab all the ingredients.

2. Mash the Avocados nicely using a fork. Keep the seeds for later use.

3. Mix all the ingredients. Place the seeds into the mixture that avoid the dish turning black.

4. Now the guacamole is ready.

Notes:

Guacamole can be served with chappathi.It can be served as a topping with biscuits that turns into a yummy snack and for bread toast too.
